The issue affected ISMS Copilot users for 25 minutes and left some queries unanswered. We pushed a fix (switching from Claude to OpenAI) 25 minutes after the beginning of the incident. Now ISMS Copilot answers again. We'll do the switch back to Claude once it is confirmed the issue is over on their side. \n\n19/11/25 - We're still monitoring consequences of the worldwide cloudflare outage.
